“A Vision of Power and Purpose.”

Ladies and Pearls ™ was founded in 2014 by Angela F. Hicks. The name came from a place of wanting women to not only know but to feel their worth. It came from a place of knowing what the pearl symbolizes. Pearls symbolize wisdom which is acquired through experience. Pearls are believed to attract wealth and luck as well as offer protection. Pearls are known for their calming effect, pearls can balance one’s karma, strengthen relationships, and keep children safe. The pearl is also said to symbolize the purity, generosity, integrity, and loyalty of its wearer. I feel that all women in one way or another have at least one or more of these qualities on the surface but all of them within. With that in mind, that was how Ladies and Pearls ™ was birthed.

I believe that, “We as ladies have a beauty that comes from within. Even though we are emotional we should conduct ourselves with wisdom. We should be humble, assertive, respectful, intelligent, gentle and down to earth. We should be able to rise in humility and apologize when we are wrong. We should be forgiving and show patience. We are ladies and have little girls in training to become ladies.”

Ladies and Pearls ™ is about helping women recognize, understand and move to a position of success.

The goal is to equip women with information that will help women identify their values.
