For My Ladies!

Men, I’m not trying to leave you guys out because this applies to you also. But right now, this is for my ladies.

Ladies, when your spouse/mate decides to walk out on you to be with another woman and neglect his duties with his family, don’t blame yourself. Don’t look down on yourself and feel you are the lesser. He was not your prize, you were his prize. So dust yourself off and keep moving, God has something better in store for you. Pastor TD Jakes said it better when he said “When folks walk out of your life, let them walk”. You are on your way to something better.

Dwelling in our Possibilities

Having a thinking of Possibility is an attitude of things we see and ask for, and then working to bring those possibilities to life. Our ability to see the possibilities and make them happen depends on the progress we as humans believe. Shifting your mindset from constraints and embracing the possibilities.

Dream Boards

‭VISION1A dream board is a visualization of the dreams and goals we want to accomplish in our life.

It is said to be the law of attraction that forms our entire life experience through our thoughts. When we visualize, we tap into a powerful frequency into the Universe. Our vision board should focus on how we want or would like to feel.

A dream board brings clarity, it identifies your vision. It’s a reminder of our daily affirmations. Affirmations express who we really are and will free us from negative beliefs and allow us to know that the possibilities of our dreams and goals are unlimited. Once we dream it, we should believe it. Visualization works, it helps us to stay focused on our specific life goals. What we focus on expands.

Displaying what we want does bring life to it so no matter what happens during your day, your dream board is a constant reminder of where you intend to be consciously and subconsciously. Make the laws of attractions work for you.

Teachable Moments…

There are so many things I recognized in myself and in women around me. I know for me there were times I felt I needed to be encouraged. I needed some support, someone I could talk to. There were days I needed to be challenged when setting and reaching my goals. I had times when I needed to be celebrated because I achieved a goal that was so challenging, I wanted to give up. There were days I needed to be ignited because it was hard to get out of bed. There were times when the bills were so overwhelming I needed to breathe and lean on someone. I needed to hear everything was going to be ok. Now, as I sit and listen to others that feel like they want to give up, Don’t! I know you feel like no one understands the struggles you are going through. It’s hard trying to get the help you need. Feeling like you are being turned away without any concern of the fact there are children involved and you just need enough to get to the next phase. I have watched young mothers cry because they can’t get the support or assistance they need. Trying to work and pay for daycare for the small children, keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, not having enough funds in the bank to pay for car repairs so they could get to work and make it to the next payday. Scared to take off work to go and try and get help from fear of losing their job because their employer don’t understand. Not having anyone willing to work with their schedules to help them get to where they need to be. I have heard women say “I give up”, “I want to throw in the towel”, “Why can’t I get help can’t they see I am trying”. I know it’s hard and life is tough because sometimes the roads we end up on are not the ones we would like to travel on.  Look at it as those teachable moments and be willing to learn from them. It does get easier and better.
